Havesting Sweetness

In early 2022, the Pantry began a collaborative relationship with our neighbors at the Tranquil Hive Honey, Co. to install a pair of hives and officially become bee keepers.

In addition to the allure of a relaxing outdoor past-time and popularity of honey as a natural sweetener, your stewards were also motivated by the known medicinal benefits of local honey to improve allergies and reduce inflammation. Simply speaking, local raw honey is good for you!

We are beyond grateful to Tranquil Hive Honey Co. for all their guidance on this exciting new endeavor. They have been a wealth of information in additional to being a wonderful source of support. They are also as passionate about our neighbors and community as we are, so be sure to look them up if you aren't already familiar with their amazing local honey company. As an added bonus, they share really cool information about bees on their social media platforms.
